I'm aspiring a career in languages and hopefully I will become a translator. As of right now I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Im 17, thanks for the video!

I guess tha's a special working environment, different from the DGT. It´s a summit and at a Council meeting, which has to demand quick and accurate translations. That means: experience, consulting colleagues, teamwork, and total command of the 'eurojargon'. Most of all, knowing rather well what´s been dealt with by the members of that Council.

Can you work in multiple languages ? Lets say I know mandarin spanish russian bulgarian german french ancient greek modern greek finnish serbian arabic japanese, can I translate text in all those languages ?
