Just wanted to thank you for recommending these game changing tips. I almost gave up on Oud Wood and was going to get myself the Nishane Kredo which has some similarly to OW but stronger sharper less refined; to my nose not the same as OW. Then I saw your video and went to TF to get the spray and body moisturiser. Happy to make the OW a keeper with these additions. Well done you must have gone thru the same frustrations.

I used this fragrance today and I got a compliment from a lady. She told me that I smelled very nice. It was humid and kinda warm and for me I feel this scent has a note like wet wood or wood that is like rotting and when its humid I think it shines but thats just my opinion. I don't love it but I think it's a nice fragrance.

This was my first private blend from Tom Ford. It's still one of my favorites. I just wish there was a way to make it last longer. Besides reapplying 3 or 4 times throughout the day.
