I feel like it's so rare nowadays to see cozy smaller homes like in our childhood, and I love seeing what you've done with your space! It's so reassuring that some people don't want a giant house. Your home looks beautiful and like a wonderful place for you to relax in. :)

You have a very lovely home! But, I would also enjoy seeing closets and storage areas. Where do you keep all your cold weather gear, off season clothing, sports equipment, camping gear, Christmas decorations, small kitchen appliances, serving dishes and platters for entertaining, photo albums and linens. While trying to be more minimalist myself, I want to see how others deal with the “stuff” they still need.

I love that you’ve kept it cosy and inviting, it makes minimalism far more achievable for people who love having guests and it’s also just a whole lot nicer to live in, I find having a home you enjoy being in is better to keep you focused on what’s important and in-line with personal goals more than the stark minimal aesthetic people try to obtain

Your home is very beautiful. I love all of the historic details. It's very spacious and bright but serene and very cozy at the same time. I'm working very hard to eliminate a lot of my things and hope to have my house in the same state of yours someday. It gets overwhelming at times but I'll get there.
