The characters take forever to do tasks, unless you buy donuts which cost real money. You could end up spending a small fortune on this game. So unless I'm missing something, this game is just another way of fleecing fans.

10 years later I'm still casually playing this game 😂 luckily I found a Facebook group that hacks the game so I get unlimited donuts which makes town building so much more fun as I can create and design a town exactly how I want with all the extras and buildings 😊

Good review, however value is probably on the lower end of the rating considering how much it costs to buy donuts in the game to unlock premium items. It's too expensive as many would agree.

Very nice! But what's the difference between "Simpsons Tapped Out" and "Simpsons Springfield" ?

It takes a long time to build up the city. I deleted my game because my ex was attached to the game, when I restarted another game I realized it was not worth the time to rebuild another city. Its a fun game at start but takes a lot of time and energy which I find a distraction from my daily life. I would probably play it more if it did not take so long to build a decent city, I think this is due to them wanting you to actually buy things with your hard earned dollars.

Joe, the review is fine, and I agree with what you said, but how were you able to review the game based on only about an (estimated) hours play? Your Springfield is quite small.

Tappped Out is a Microtransactional game. It can't be based on whether it's 'fun' or not.

Why is it that when I started the game for the first time on a brand new device, it was already at level 11 and a lot of things were already built. Didn't go through any intro or tutorial.

can i not add people because im on android? as people are saying you can login to origin or Facebook and add people but there is no button which allows me to do this? is this coming in a later update or am i not able to add people as im on android? im in the uk if this helps with the answer?

I found this app to lose my data, and if i paid money into it this is especially irritating. A game that you spend so much time building only to have it lost is very frustrating

The only downside about this game is WAY to much people hack

What you fail to mention is this is a freemium game. There are in app purchases. You build you have to wait and wait and wait or just buy donuts with your hard earn real money to speed things along. I don't like these type of games which more developers are going by. Meh.
