Thank you, now I dont feel so weird. Everybody criticizes me for cleaning in low light. I explained that sometimes shine or glare from lights don't let me see streeks or cloudy film on surfaces. I have to turn it down, clean then turn it back up to be sure its clean.

I use to be a housekeeper for the Hyatt regency in Indianapolis and for streak-less mirrors DONT USE CHEMICALS on the mirrors use WATER!! splash a little water on the mirror and clean with a microfiber cloth till dry trust me it works every single time!!!

Don't dry scrape your gas stove top or your glass top electric range! Spray with a little water or cleaner of choice so there is always a wet edge lubricating the steel blade of the scraper on the glass top or the enamel surface of the stove burners. Dry scraping will SCRATCH your glass stovetop. Scratches then embed more cooked on spills starting a vicious cycle of making it harder and harder to get it cleaned and looking terrible even after it's done. For enameled cooktops you end up chipping out the enameled paint.

Put soapy water on the stove and let it sit for a while. It’ll soften the sticky stuff then just slide scrapper and wipe with paper towel.

I clean my mirror with straight vinegar (the normal, not concentrated kind) and a squeegee. So clear and streak free. You can use a rag/microfiber instead of a squeegee and this works too. Squeegee is just more fun and faster
