Arcane is a great stat for weapons/spells with status effects. Sleep is one of the best status effects you can inflict to your opponents, leaving them very vulnerable once induced. And the best weapon to inflict sleep is of course the torch of St. Trina

for people looking into this, here's a few notes.
1. as of right now, the hardcaps for the dragon seal are 43/43, which is pretty nice
2. the damage of weapon buffs and the heal from healin spells scales from FAITH alone, so no having the minimim requirement for great heal and then 80 arcane will not get the same numbers at 80 faith with a heal.
3. however, and this also goes with the albinaric staff, because the seal scales with arcane, ANY incantation with status application on it (EXCEPT FOR ROT), will give you higher numbers on status'. so bloodflame blade bleed proc, dragon frostbreath, poison mist, ect will all be buffed and take less effort to pop on targets(maybe the rot breath Does get buffed but i dont think so, atleast Malenia's spell doesn't). this also means the dragon seal is BETTER for frenzy spells than the frenzy seal itself, in both status application and damage.

4, and this is a bit of a personal note. two seals is kinda overrated over simply having your weapon out at all times because that means you always have a melee presense, that can be buffed, and you can use whatever ashes of war you want. are you using the poison spells? use Moth Flight and pop that poison for all it's damage in one swing, frostbite? either use chilling blade or just a fire weapon to reset the debuff, an innate bleed weapon- BLOODFLAME BLOODFLAME BLOODLAME (and considering incantations are more short range than sorcieries, i recommend putting on some tougher armor and using a hyper armor AoW like wild strikes on a morningstar >:D)

5. talismans i'd recommend depend on what you're doing, obviously the most obvious is probably going to be bloodflame based so Lord's Exhultation and Fire Scorpion asap, but you could go full poison and rot, use only the Rot Exhultation and then the last 3 talisman slots are your choice (actually recommend the carian talisman because of poison moth flight).. if you're going full dragon spells there's no excuse to NOT run the roar seal now that it actually works with all but 2 dragon spells to my knowledge. godfrey can actually be passed since i think all the arcane incantations can't technically be c"harged", but radagons would be a good pick for the cast time increase regardless. you COULD use the Flocks Canvas Talisman but keep in mind it's only an 8% increase to DAMAGE incantations....which...eh it could be worth it i suppose, you could also use the bullgoat talisman for obvious reason, the steel dragon talisman for other obvious reasons too! sky's honestly more the limit with these things

The problem with Chase having huge AoE attacks and Dragon's Breath is that he knows exactly when and where to use them. A random with Dragons' Breath is dangerous. Chase with them is just unfair!

You should try free-aiming Dragon Breaths! The difference is honestly as great as free-aiming Giantsflame Take Thee because since the breath takes a bit to travel you can pre-emptively aim where they're going and cut them off
