Marty, ever since I started playing (6 weeks ago!) & watching Thunderstruck "Live at River Plate" I've wanted to learn THAT tune. I could never follow the fingerwork or even find the notes(!) but discovering your tutorial has been a heaven send.

Now, three hours later, my back is aching, my fingers are sore and my left wrist in in pieces. But I can play it, well sort of. Big smiles. Thank you Marty.

For some reason picking is easier and much cleaner. I can't properly mute other strings with left hand while pulling off and right hand is busy making RJD horns gesture =(

Yesterday I finally was able to play this the proper picked out way at speed! It's been about 4 months of effort. Thanks Marty for this. My playing has improved by leaps and bounds because of the workout this song is. If you're working on this song don't give up. It puts you in a new plane of skill. Don't give up!
