Ryobi LED Flip Light Model #FVL52K

This video shows the features of the Ryobi LED Flip Light, Model # FVL52K . The LED light uses a USB rechargeable battery. The charger is not included with the light. A USB cable is included. The light is small 4" wide, 3 1/2" tall, and 1 1/2" thick when folded flat. Even though it is small it produces 500 Lumens of light. The light level has 3 settings and can run for 24 hours on the low setting. The base of the light is designed to slide over a 2" X 4" Stud for convenient illumination of a job site. The base has 2 magnets to securely mount the light on ferrous metal surfaces. The light also meets the IP54 requirements for Dust and Water resistance.

Does this have high pitch whining noise (very quiet) coming out of it? I couldn't stand the Milwaukee lights!
