Sometimes it can be difficult to say no, especially if we feel like we're letting someone down or missing out on an opportunity. But I'm here to tell you that saying "no" can actually be incredibly empowering, especially when it comes to achieving our goals.

When we say "no" to things that don't support our end goal, we're creating more space and energy to focus on the things that really matter. We're prioritizing our time and resources in a way that supports our vision for the future.

As someone who has gone from small-town life to dancing on Broadway to becoming a CEO of a tech company, I know firsthand the power of setting clear goals and boundaries. And that's exactly what I explore in my book, "Trust Your Increments: How Small, Consistent Steps Can Lead To Massive Success."

In this book, I share practical tips and advice on how to achieve your goals and make your dreams a reality. And one of the most important pieces of advice I can offer is this: don't be afraid to say "no" to things that don't align with your vision for the future.

So, my challenge to you today is this: take a moment to reflect on your goals and values. What are the things that truly matter to you? And how can you say "no" to the things that don't support those goals and values?

And if you're ready to take your journey to the next level, be sure to check out my book "Trust Your Increments" and start taking those small, consistent steps towards massive success!

This describes a narcissist. I always say, you never have to judge anyone. People will announce it from their own lips. Being generous of spirit is being able to say "yes" to things that support the end goal of the person asking without begrudging them for asking you to put another person's needs ahead of your own.
Instead, maturity rejoices in serving others.
