I don’t think enough people are talking about how this MANIAC Ludokano actually correctly animated Shiori hitting the correct notes on the keyboard for that point in the song. (Roughly of course, we don’t actually see the keys. But the motion is correct)

Massive props to Ludokano for the near perfect lipsync btw.

With the limited frames, almost every phoneme was represented. That's not easy and could easily have been avoided with simple lip flaps, but they went all in on making sure the mouths looked right for the syllables as much as possible.

It might not mean much at first glance, but now that you noticed it, you can't unsee it. 10/10
