Harbor Freight 44' Industrial Tool Chest 1 year update

After 1 year of heavy use how does the Harbor Freight 44" industrial tool chest hold up?

I've had the bottom chest for 8 years and it's held up really well. I got the top chest a year ago and it's held up well too. The side chest is next. I too have no complaints. They are bargain.

Impressed you can shut the top after a year. No way I would be able to without moving things out.

Smart buy. Why get ripped off by these price predators at Mac or Snap-on? Five times the price from them.

I have the US General 26" 16-drawer box... and the 30" 5-drawer tool cart. Great boxes! I almost want to replace them and get this 44" one instead though. But I don't have the money so I'm just gonna be happy with what I have.

Is this in a temperature controlled garage? Also which state do you live in, just asking for weather ideas.

If you dont mind how much did you pay for it ? I jyst bought a tool chest and It was horrible !!!
