Dairy whipping creams are not so easy to work with as they curdle i.e., the fat separates and if you further whip then the cream turns into butter in no time. Non-Dairy Whipping Creams are easy to work with as it doesn't curdle, even if you overwhip it and also it has added sugar in it. But if you overwhip non-dairy cream it becomes hard and will not be spread when you frost a cake. So let's learn how to fix an overwhipped cream.
