"I can’t sleep at night because of this case. After decades of investigation it has become apparent that Crosley Green did not get a fair trial. He was convicted of shooting a man in a deserted orange grove, but the case against him is wildly flawed. I am committed to report on Crosley’s story for as long as it takes. Through it all, Crosley is a man of incredible patience and grace." — Erin Moriarty on why the story is important.

I’m 29 years old. I can’t fathom how long 30 years in prison while innocent felt. Bless this man 😭

As an officer myself, I am speechless. The prosecutor has such an attitude like how dare he be challenged. Poor excuse for a man who clearly had no idea what he was doing.

This story literally makes me sick to my stomach. I am just so angry at everyone who failed this man. I’m so glad that he has been freed and is able to seek some sort of justice! This is horrible💔

For willingly taking away so many years of an innocent man's life, the prosecutor is the monster in this story. He is the bad guy and a defender of evil.

The fact that Kim won't sit down for an interview speaks volumes

I watched this is disbelief. After I googled to see if any progress had been made on rightfully letting this man be free once and for all...I was shocked and disgusted to read he has been sent back to prison for the rest of his life. I think the criminals are the ones who have denied Crosley his freedom here...I suppose they must save face for their despicable prosecutor buddy. Just shocking this whole story. My heart goes out to Crosley Green and his family. I hope there is something more that can be done....this shouldn't be happening.

This is heartbreaking, and to now know that his appeal was denied and he has to go back to prison is awful.

Erin Moriartys grilling of the prosecutor is amazing. He almost confesses to her on the spot. 😮

The prosecutor: “she’s from the same neighborhood I’m from”

“Are we talking about who tied his hand behind his back?”

All of his cases need to be reviewed and he needs to serve time.

Even the cops knew he was not the one who did it .

Didn’t expect this story to bring me to tears!! The prosecutor makes me sick to my stomach. How can you see a dark black man at midnight and point him out? Why didn’t you shoot him with chip’s gun? How did he walk out the park and drive out the park at the same time? WTF were you doing for an hour? His dad even wants to know why he was with you! Like how did he get convicted? Rhetorical question 🤬

My heart is truly broken. I saw the episode when he was freed, and now I'm watching him return. He dud enough time. Let him be free.

As a lifelong Florida resident I can say that the prosecutor guy’s explanation of why Kim wasn’t suspected of lying was simply “well, she’s from the same neighborhood I’M from. Why would she be suspected of being a liar??” is so very typical of the mindset in small towns down here.
Because someone’s from a supposedly similar social standing as someone who considers themself above others, well by golly it’s inconceivable that they could do anything bad, and why should they even go through the trauma and stress of being LOOKED AT? 🙄 makes me absolutely nauseous. I’ve lived with this type of BS around me my whole life, in a small town an hour south of the capital city.
So painfully, ridiculously typical. Such blatant BS.

The prosecutor kept getting flustered when being asked questions about things that didn’t make sense or add up from Kim’s account of events. He clearly doesn’t want to admit HE MESSED UP!

Its sad that even the victims family thinks Kim did this yet they have this man being punished for it and she is just going on with her life.

That poor man to waste away in jail for 32 years for a crime he didnt do ... I can't stop crying for him and his family. All those years of memories he missed out on. It's just not fair.

This man deserves an apology from the court and a huge financial compensation for the many years he had to suffer

Crosley Green's response to being sent back to prison....“If everyone can just believe in themselves the way I believe in myself, with the Lord, then you can understand and say the things that I can say by not letting anything come between you and your faith, ” he said. Every person who loves Jesus, please pray for this amazing man....

16:48 22:43 I love the way Erin Moriarty makes the prosecutor look stupid. She knows her stuff and damn good at what she does.
