You're asking for a boss to actually blame themselves and change or fire themselves. Is the answer always to get another job?

So you can’t recruit your way out of a bad company culture. But you need to meet your labor needs. So you do what instead? Because your business dies, maybe slowly but dies nonetheless, if you can’t recruit the workforce you need. Seems like you MUST fix the culture. It’s a foundational issue, right?
