If by some miracle Freeza found Broly then he would be at his Namek power level and Paragus would probably encourage Broly to kill him to take over his army. Paragus would then be a ruler by proxy as he would be pulling the strings. If they don’t run into Beerus they could actually rule for the rest of their lives until Zeno decides to wipe out U7.

If Goku was killed beforehand there is always the possibility that Gohan might have gone SSJ given his potential often explodes with his emotions and the death of his father (as well as his assumption that Piccolo was dead) could have been the trigger he needed to become strong enough to kill Frieza (Gohan would also be more unlikely to let Frieza live due to his tendency to be overcome by his emotions, as the only reason he was initally pacifistic towards Cell was cause he had fully mastered SSJ by the time of the Cell Games but as a untrained SSJ he might loose control of himself as Goku feared when he first transformed in the canon storyline)!

The reason Vegeta struggled to become an SSJ was he was too ruthless, while Goku embraced his gentle hearted nature (which is due to him being pure of heart) which boosts his ability to accumulate S-Cells which are gained as a Saiyans power level increases! The more gentle hearted a Saiyan is the more S-Cells they accumulate which are necessary to transform into an SSJ and are possessed by anyone with Saiyan blood from pure Saiyans, to hybrids, to Bio-Androids with Saiyan genetics like Cell, Mira, & Fu all of whom have their own versions of SSJ!

Gohan is as pure hearted as his dad so he was the only other Saiyan on Namek with the potential to become SSJ! Note the increase in power level that leads to S-Cell accumulation can come from training, Zenkai boosts, and even potential unlocks!

I for one am not one to underestimate Gohan's potential (which is insane as he could produce energy waves capable of destroying mountains just when he was beginning his training under Piccolo when faced with life threatening danger)!

Frieza literally played with him the whole time on namek that's the reason Frieza himself got his ass handed to him and also the saiyans would not be completely wiped out because they're still Broly and paragus and Tarble

I can't see how Vegeta wouldn't be able to win Freeza during his return on Earth. The training amount + the other Z fighters would be enough to beat Freeza alone. However, if you throw Cold in, we'll, that's another story
