As a coach, we must have high leadership. We must also develop a helpful attitude and understanding between the individuals in the group. This is because the attitude of cooperation in a group will determine the success or defeat of that group. In addition, good and dedicated leadership and leaders will give birth to a strong team and strategy.

The only place where I take issue with this video is that the last scene in which Boone tells the Titans, who were currently losing the championship game, during halftime to not be concerned with winning the game, but to "do their best." It wasn't shown here, but upon the end of the speech, he was contradicted by Julius Campbell who says "respectfully" to him that the team should strive for victory because they entered the championship game with a perfect record and should leave the game the same. One of the best scenes from the movie.

I would like to say that my husband was a good leader. He would listen to what people had to say, then offer his advice on the issue. When he would answer the phone, he said, "So, how can I help you be successful today?" He was also determined to deliver the promise and he said it was an honor to serve.
I say it was an honor to be married to him.

A leader is someone who stands not only for his cause but also takes responsibility and motivates other individuals. A leader must be able to inspire people, show them the bright side of an idea to achieve a common goal. But, what is the difference between a leader and a boss?
