Crowley popularised the nickname 'Angel' and no one can convince me otherwise

My favourite tag in the Good Omens fandom is still the *6000 years slowburn*

*my mom after watching episode one* : They have a cute friendship but I don’t get how you see them as a couple.
*my mom, later, after watching episode 6* : Ok yeah you were right they are very gay

The best part of Good Omens is how it took over Tumblr. God I missed those essays that people would write about one moment. There are so many now, and they are FEEDING ME!

You hear about the 20, 000 Christians who petitioned Netflix to remove Good Omens from their site/app? Well, Good Omens is an Amazon series, not Netflix. Netflix and Amazon both publicly joked online about it. It was great.

I'd argue that the Ineffable Husbands ship is the sole reason Good Omens has become such an enduring cult classic. Like, you're only in the fandom if you ship these two. Ineffable Husbands and the Good Omens fandom are one and the same. It's a one-circle Venn diagram. Literally, haven't met a fan who isn't there for the ship.

I see it as an ace+romantic relationship.

I love this ship: book, show, whatever. Doesn't particularly matter whether it's ace or sexual. Also, you can be gay and ace, don't have to separate those things. The more important thing is the closeness and chemistry they share.

"Not mundane, but a celebration of the magic of the ordinary" What an absolutely wonderful way to describe them <3

I ship them because I love yin yang relationships. It's especially fun when they are in your face about it
Emotional vs. Logical
Good vs. Evil
Serious vs. Silly
Angel vs. Demon
The concept of another half is something I heavily subscribe to. They make each other whole by being different. Like the pull of a magnet negative to positive.

Also: I deffinitly need a shipable moments vid. 👼👿

As a panro-ace, Ineffable husbands really connects with me ❤️ I can't really imagine them in any sexual context but anyone who does is certainly allowed to!

I feel like they have a fluff relationship. Like totally in love, but not sexual

I decided to watch the show because I started seeing tons of posts about it on my tumblr dashboard and it looked interesting. I went in with zero expectations and without even watching the trailer so I had no idea what it was about and well, I just fell in love with it and I've rewatched it twice already!
My shipper heart was drawn to Aziraphale and Crowley because they fall into the same kind of relationships I enjoy (read: nerdy and cute ball of sunshine and suave/dorky edgelord) and I couldn't help but ship it. I also thought that Michael Sheen and David Tennant played the roles in a way that indicated those characters truly loved each other even if it wasn't romantic love (which was later confirmed by multiple interviews they gave).
After watching the show I decided to pick up the book. I loved it a lot as well but I must confess I like the tv series better because of the extra scenes Neil added, especially the trials! I still felt that Aziraphale and Crowley loved each other while reading the book though!

I enjoy smut as much as the next person, but personally, I feel that these two are in an asexual romantic relationship :0 I have never explored asexual relationships before, or even thought of them before this ship hit me like a ton of bricks. I really enjoy this close genuine companionship that I feel does have romance in there, but I'm not quite sold on the sexual aspects of it, , I just love them making each other happy :)
