What's your assessment of the comfort level between the 19" wheels and the 20" wheels? I know the 19" will be a more comfortable ride but by how much? I have the 19" wheels on my 2024 Model Y long range and the ride is very comfortable but I'd like to see if I can go to 20" wheels and not have to sacrifice too much comfort. Thanks for any input.

Excellent advice!! I was struggling heavily trying to decide 19-20. Definitely doing 19s now and will keep my eyes open for a good deal on 20s then i have an extra set of wheels to put winter tires on! Ordering my Quicksilver today!

Or you could pay $2k for the 20in wheels that probably come with summer tires and pay $2k for the 19in wheels that come with winter tires already mounted

I wanted a performance but the wife wanted the 7 seater. I liked the looks of the performance uberturbine wheels but didn't want 21" wheels with rubber band tires. I found a set of 20" model 3 Uberturbines off of FB marketplace for $750 and sold my inductions for $550. Had the tires switched over and they look great!!

You mentioned your rear tires are wearing out faster. Is your Tesla all wheel or real wheel drive.

I’ll def be going with the 19in wheels and then looking for some secondhand induction wheels. U didn’t specify if you have a AWD or RWD model y?!

Can you fit a 275/35/20? 255 is a bit narrow.

That’s a good idea. Does adding the 20 inch wheels affect the calibration for the self driving at all?

That’s if you can find them for a good price like you did, the hassle of searching for them and purchasing new tires — would rather spend the extra 2k at the dealer

Trying to decide between 19s and 20s for MYLR. I love how the 20s look but worry about potholes. What has your experience been? Is there any effect on range w 20s?
