Did that reporter seriously just ask if that other community is out of the woods? No, everyone is in the woods until they are caught.

They burned the car, walked to the river which is right there. The road follows the river. A tour guide says boats are left around there everywhere. They got in an old boat left by indians for fishing and headed down river. Capsized and drowned. Maybe bodies washed ashore and maybe not. They are dead.

Some locals are posting in the comments. The shots fired witness is the same person whom “claimed” to have seen them. Shots fired has been proven
I suspect the sighting is false also.

Two teenagers, with little to no training, are eluding the best trained, best equipped, well organized professionals canada has to offer...and now the canadian military?

Now the rcmp announce the discovery the bodies of the 2 teen near the Nelson river only 8km from the burnt out car in gillam I do t know how they werent found sooner being so close to the manhunt no dogs picked up their sent or nothing

The professor that's was killed matches the description of a man seen arguing with the couple. Mabey something hapoend and the professor killed them and the boys saw or somehow came into contact with the man and killed him in self defence and are now running scared since they have only been charged with the professor's murder.

This is going to turn into a (missing / wanted) deal that will go unsolved for years...🙁

Hey just out of curiosity. Can RCMP check Mr. Dycks travels over the years and see if he liked to travel northern BC a lot. Maybe Mr. professor of Botany knows about Highway of Tears ?

As soon as they were suspected of being in Manitoba's Northers Bush, The RCMP should have requested an IR drone from the ARMY. If these guys are gamers and have some twisted sense of existence, treat them as they believe they are. Put the JTF on their apprehension.

the wilderness will get them before the RCMP.

They have a BB gun rifle . I don’t understand how they could kill 3 people.

I think the kids are calmly drifting in Split lake and good luck finding them. Using Northern Manitoba waterways they can either decide to live out their lives in the bush or make their way to Lake Winnipeg. In 2 weeks nobody will be talking about them anymore. Unless they find someone they can trust and tell their story. if they were killers they would have killed farmer who assisted them in Cold Lake Alta.

Maybe it's just the same b-roll but does anyone know why they are not using bloodhounds? They are far better sniffers and trackers than sable shepherds.

Je respect ses efforts de parler français...malgré que la langue n'est pas sa langue maternelle ni parlé souvent dans cette région.

Keep in mind that Toyota Rav4, that these two ditched and burned last week was found BURNING... A small vehicle only takes roughly 30 minutes to burn to a smolder.. I realize it takes time to gather resources to any area, but these suspects were about as close as you can get at that time..

Just a question:
Does the French language have a certain accent in Canada - which would be understandable given the huge distance to France - or is it just the female police officer/press speaker, who struggles with her French pronounciation?

I've had French in school, but I'm having troubles understanding her.
Aside from a few words and known terms like "York Landing" and the names of the suspects her French is a bit hard to understand.

Reports are that none of these 2 kids owned firearms. How about Leonard Dyck? Did he own firearms? Bryer had an airsoft gun and that's all. This story stinks. The 2 kids got stuck in mud at Cold Lake Alta and a guy helped them out. If they were killers they would have killed him and taken his nice new 4x4 truck. How about some info on Leonard Dyck.

Hire a local with some good tracking dogs and flush these kids out.
