Kofuku Japanese Restaurant Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Kofuku is a the Japanese restaurant of the Seri Pacific Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and has been awarded as one of the Best Japanese Restaurants by the Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival. The name Kofuku means double happiness and has traditional Japanese decor with wooden accents and furnishing, teppanyaki table, sushi bar, as well as tatami rooms. Kofuku is a full service Japanese restaurant serving authentic hand rolled sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, yakitori, udon, soba, tempura and bento boxes. From their menu we would highly recommend the Gindara Shioyaki Set, Beef Teppan Mixed Tempura Set, Tempura Udon and Scallop Tepanyaki.

Many good Japanese restaurants in and around Kuala Lumpur, for different price ranges. Unfortunately this is not one of my go-to places for Japanese. Of course if one is willing to splash, there's Nobu with incomparable views from 5th Floor, Petronas Tower.
