For those of you concerned about my “junk” food:

Just because I have a little bit of processed food in there does not mean that it is the only thing my family eats. Food like this in moderation is fine, and there’s plenty of fresh and healthy food in other parts of my kitchen that we eat on a daily basis.

Keep in mind, there is always more to the story than what you see in a picture or a video.

Remember people: you can also start organising with shoeboxes or even diaperboxes. Your system will change over time, you make adjustments, so no need to invest right of the bat in fancy containers if you can't afford to.
My personal conclusion is that I need to reduce inventory more, because the system is not working yet 😅

Just a tip, I've always painted the inside of my cabinet white so that it's brighter and you can see everything. It really helps with seeing what you have in the cabinet.

Clear plastic shoeboxes, they come with lids, at Target they come to about $1 ea, I use them for everything!

A good idea when you get those storage things to get lids on them to prevent bugs or mice getting in

I needed this. I always see vids that look perfectly organized and pretty, but it’s not always like that! Sometimes stuff just doesn’t fit perfectly or you don’t get it the first time. The cabinet turned out really cute, btw!

Just a thought, take your center shelf out and stack the splurged containers you should end up with more space and maybe not use the extra shelf or have a thin shelf space the cookies. It looks great, just a suggestion!
