Hey guys, a few notes about the video!

I included Izzy's part in the bottom tab at the start of the video. But I didn't demonstrate it. Just barre your first finger on the 12th fret on the D, G, B strings. And pick the notes indicated in the tab.

I mixed it up the best I could between Izzy and Slash. During the verses, I believe Slash is playing a high E5 chord coming from the right speaker of the studio mix. Sounds that way anyhow. I seen him play it both ways (open B and E strings also) going through some of the live videos.

I also seen him play Bb5 in the first position as well as the 6th fret low E string. But I tabbed it out for the 6th fret for him, 1st fret for Izzy.

The 6th to 5th fret thing in the 2nd chorus that I tabbed out for Izzy's part. Not sure if he's doing a pull off or a slide. It's quick. But I feel more comfortable sliding. You could alternately use your pinky finger to pull off.

It's amazing how Izzys & Slash's guitar parts are written so that they gel together.
When I was young (10 years old) and starting to learn guitar....I was all about SLASH SLASH SLASH! I didn't realise until 20/30 years on that Izzys parts were so incredible! Probably more dead XXXX notes than played. The up swing, scuffing the strings he combined with his down swing is almost impossible to replicate. A very underated player IMO! You can hardly hear him on The Illusions Albums. Maybe because they hadn't spent time and written the different dynamic guitar parts like they did for Appetite? Drowned out of the mix for the songs that they had which is an incredible shame. Once Izzy left...GNR was a broken mess. He was the glue that held GNR's sound so well. Steven Adler too. I know Steven didn't write much, but man, his swing and groove was just untouchable. Izzy once said in an interview that GNR lost its groove & swing once Adler was out of the equation. Also looking back, his stage presence....he was the coolest cat EVER! White Guitar, Black & White Waistcoat, head down....just jamming away. Right arm LIKE A WINDMILL! What a FUCKIN LEGEND!!! THE BEST OF ALL TIME....ALWAYS WILL BE!
