PSA: “Pick me girl” is a very sexist concept and needs to be thrown out of everyone’s vocabulary, it’s a horrible term that does nothing but produce even more internalized misogyny in its attempt to “counter” it.


If we’re just sticking by these reasons:
- Yuna is just not a good actor
- Wonyoung earns a frickton of money for her company so yes they’re gonna favor her over literally anyone else and that’s NOT HER FAULT
- Sakura is in an industry and culture that favors a very particular body type and she’s a product of that culture
- Mina needs psychological help and to delete her social media for longer than just two days at a time

I do hope you guys know that a “pick me girl” is a phrase derived from AAVE that refers to a girl that brings down other girls for male validation hence the term “pick me, ” as if figuratively telling a man “pick me, pick me!” So this word is being used incorrectly and it shouldn’t be used on young girls in an entertainment industry that are constantly being analyzed for their every single move. Not Agree with Wonyoung, Sakura, and Yuna. Wonyoung is always like that since pd48, she's a GIANT BABY. Sakura-chan is a Japanese girl and she has a lot of friends in her former group [48] which makes her clingy. For Yuna, I don't see anything wrong with her actions.

Sakura's a really kind and honest girl who just happened to be a human who slipped a commentary joke and apologized for it.

She doesn't bodyshame friends to make herself look better. She just made a comment once because one of her friends were in a way too tight costume for her size and said that the costume "might burst".

That comment she made definitely wasn't cool, especially on a public platform, but she apologized for it and was just honestly fooling around with her friend IN MY OPINION OF COURSE.
