25 doesn't make this any harder, its just a difference in coding. 20 means that every animatronic will succeed in every movement opportunity.
(A movement opportunity happens every few seconds and its a random number generator, 1 to 20 if the number is lower than the ai value the animatronic can move) Which means that this remake probably operates on a random number generator from 1 to 25

Actually the hardest FNAF 1 challenge isn't 4/20 if you lower some characters ai ( I've forgotten which ones) it'll make it harder
