Heavy Beam Moving Hack

Here is a trick I have been using for years to move steels and concrete beams. It helps to have inflatable tyres especially on rough ground. I had some help but you could do this on your own if you levered up the end and propped it first. I am sure you can come up with your own variations.

We build our own "V-groove pipe mover carts" or whatever you call those things.. pretty great for all kind of longish stuff.

Cool. I would love to see how to get them off the bare ground and into final position? or maybe that's asking a lot for one person??
Working on my own a lot makes these techniques even more crucial to keep business going.

Great hack, I have some 24' steel I beams to move on uneven ground. I'm going to give this a try

I need a way to lift a steel frame (10ft longx8') up on my own ....(a 'lean to' to cover a tractor, to be installed on a bumpy piece of land in middle of Scotland! ) Ta!
