I love that at the beginning of the video the HIP Chick presenter was a reference to the German TV show Beat Club, where many of the UK bands played on in the 1960’s and early 70’s. The woman who presented the show was Uschi Nerke. Age 80 now in 2024.

But somehow she continued listening to it.

They performed Natural Magick, along with other songs form the upcoming Natural Magick album (I really like Gaslighting), when I saw them live in Washington DC in September 2023, I got to talk with Jay and Alonza briefly before the concert. I told Alonza I enjoyed the Tumblewild album he did with his wife and he seemed shocked that I actually knew about it and had listened to it.
