Just switched over from android to iphone as was ready to throw my new phone out the window! Couldn't get all my old messages from just 2 contacts and then even the new messages from them were disappearing. I even called the retailer I bought the phone from for help. The instructions require instructions. I can't find any option people say to check in any phone.
