Israeli ground troops and Hezbollah fighters have been continuing to battle for control of southern Lebanese villages, as Israel pushes ahead with its ground offensive.

The border near the Israeli town of Metula has seen heavy rocket fire from Lebanon in the past few days.

The BBC’s Middle East correspondent Lucy Williamson was taken into the town which is now under military blockade by the Israeli army.

So, how does BBC expect Israel to live like this? Why then are you soooo biased against Israel? Shame!

I've been kicked out 109 homes over 1000 times but the landlords are horrible to me and the neighbors make me react violently.
Some people say I'm the problem but their just anti-me.
Everyone agree I'm the victim?

lived right on the border near mettulah for 4 yrs back in the '80's- early 90's. beautiful place. great pub there. the major crossing point for lebanese who'd go into israel to work in the local orchards during apple picking season-'the good fence' it was called, iirc. we had katyushas falling nearby on occasion, at night, back then. from the good ol' hezbollah. one once landed about 40 ft from my apt. woke me up right quick! the thousands and thousands of orchard trees in that area, some hundreds of which i helped plant back then, are likely gone, or ailing. what a waste. all because of cherry kool-aid vs grape

President Sánchez of the Spanish Government has urged the international community to stop exporting weapons to Israel, in the midst of Israeli military aggression against Lebanon: I believe that this is urgent and it is a call that I am going to make from the first moment to all of the international community, to stop exporting weapons to the Netanyahu government 👍🏼🎉🎉🎉

Imagine doing a fluff piece on an organisation like the IDF and sill trying to convince people you're doing impartial reporting.
