For those worried about the heart rate, know that this is secondary to 1.. the infection.. two the hypotension. Giving a pressor even if it has beta-1 agonist affects, will often reduce heart rate because the heart will not have to compensate for lack of pressure

Norepinephrine bcz u want that beta and alpha effect without worsening the acidosis (epi)so Norepinephrine is the best
