At least for the GV80, you must close the door(s) for the sync to work. The video shows the driver closing the door but doesn't specify it must be closed. Wasted an hour trying to sync it before calling for support. The digital key synced right away once the door was closed.

Shame on Genesis, No support to iPhone in 2021 ? come on ... Only works with Android phone . Also No wireless Car play . Hyundai elentra has car play on wireless .I am very disappointed and this is a bummer . My iPhone also does not change with case on . I have iPhone 12 Pro and it works with case on with other car . Pls invest in technology .
