"Brain and brain!!! What is Brain!" The question I asked at the beginning of every exam of my life!
To cover her neutral zone... Nicely put!
The gestures of the children then versus now and how they're called out I find funny. When the show came out and on through the 70s I watched it with all age groups and it wasn't until the 90s that I heard a correlation between the gestures and the children's practice for debate.

In the 60's even Romulans dug mini skirts

Thanks for this! This was my favourite Error, Error... episode thus far. These errors were great and were indicative of just how badly things were going on TOS by this point. Without “the Genes” there to keep focus it just spiraled downward (like the Enterprise spiraling toward Psi 2000).

The turbolkfts have always been a problem in Star Trek. They never truly formalized just how long it takes to get anywhere and how many floors each “flash of light that you see out the turbo lift window“ is. You would think it would be one floor per flash, but so often it is far more. For example, the Defiant is supposed to only have like four decks, but you see Sisko getting in to the turbo lift and riding it for minutes on end wherein there are like 20 flashes of light, so either the Defiant is absolutely huge, the flashes of light don’t line up to actual floors, or the turbo lift is simply being used as a device for exposition. Obviously we know the real universe reason, but in the universe – as you would say – “it makes no sense at all.“

Seeing her neutral zone. 😂😂😂. Classic. Great video. Really funny. 👍🏼

And the Children Will Lead is unspeakably awful. But my uncle Jim played the corpse in the light orange jumper, so I still watch it.

In "Spock's Brain" when Kirk and party are knocked out we hear his captain's log where he says they were in captivity on Sigma Draconus 7. Every other reference to the planet in this episode calls it Sigma Draconus 6.

Pulling that phaser out at 2:36 still has me laughing! From her

There is no explaining away Spock's Brain - Hail David!

The Romulan Commanders uniform miniskirt - it was the 60s. That's all you need to know.

Kirk wasn't looking for a clock. He was just recalling information and looking out to nowhere in particular because he was thinking.

T'Pol was dressed in a catsuit so if Vulcans have no problem with that, it makes sense that Romulans, who are less repressed ex-Vulcans, would embrace miniskirts and show off skin.

I hereby submit that the phaser beams do not converge, the distance to the comet is great enough that they look like they converge (like looking at the lines on a road travel to the horizon.)

As for taking decades to get to space dock without warp drive, it is canon that starships can be toed at warp. the enterprise could have called Triple A (Astronauts Automotive Assistance) (In fact I assume this is fairly common place given how even 300 years in the future, nothing ever works.)

Also not technically canon, but based on all my failed life chooses - when your boss carries a disruptor set to kill... you never look at her neutral zone.

It always bugged me that apparently both the Enterprise and the Romulan command ship in "The Enterprise Incident" are constantly running with their shields down. Kirk just casually beams on in after his plastic surgery.

I had assumed that it was McCoy’s control device that was clicking and not Spock. It could also be from Spock’s headpiece. I don’t know that it was specifically shown to be coming from Spock himself.

Holy crap, I can’t believe I’m debating this episode.

I knew spock clicking would make it, i remember asking my dad why he was clicking when this was on tv. XD

One of the biggest mistakes in season 3 was combing Scotty's hair straight back.

Yes, it is hard to imagine doing brain surgery without shaving the head in any century. Perhaps the 23rd-century version of Hair Club for Men is really advanced!

6:00 While not directly stated, it is possible that another Starfleet ship could have been dispatched with repair equipment to allow enough repairs for Enterprise to limp back to base or, worst case scenario, to tow them back.

"...since we're watching her the whole time she recovers the phaser from her abyss...". Hilarious
