Kirkland at $25 for 2 doz is an amazing performer. It seems a lot of people buy by brand recognition. Kirkland for me every day of the week

I have used the Inesis 900 ball out here in Thailand. They also make 2 cheaper type golf ball. The 900 is a very good ball for the price in my opinion.

It seems like every golf ball manufacturer has the longest, softest, truest, highest, lowest best spin rate best putting and on and on. You can't try them all. You just need to find one that matches your swing speed. And they almost all have one. That could make the difference for you.

Played the Srixon Qstar tour ball but picked up the three piece Srixon trispeed from clubhouse golf and found them to be an excellent ball for £17 a dozen.

Massively disappointed you didn’t compare any Bridgestone or Vice balls 🤷🏻‍♂️

I tested the srixon soft feel, Kirkland ball, Callaway warbird and Titleist trufeel. Titleist trufeel was the best budget one for me

Please test the Kirkland ball … I like the Kirkland ball for its softness and control around the green

I use Maxfli softfeel or tour, depending what’s on sale. They feel good to me and a good deal cheaper than a Pro V1.

I personally use Vice balls, I think price/performance/durability is unmatched by any other ball. I did knock a Titleist Truefeel about a bit recently, and I was very surprised by how good it was. I definitely think unless your below 3/4 handicap, you really aren’t going to benefit from spending more… but if you’ve got the money and want to, do it. Play the ball you want too.

I am a big fan of the Srixon balls. I like the softfeel and the Q Star models. Both are easy to play and easy on the budget. Thanks for the testing and comments.

I use balls in this price range and the best I've found so far is the Kirkland Signature currently around £15 per dozen.

Playing the Inesis tour 900. Yes, as Joel said it, it spins maybe a bit too much on irons and woods/driver to rival the Pro V1x for distance (the gap is really not massive, though). However I find it absolutely comparable for short game and I'm totally fine sacrificing a few yards on my irons shots if that means paying about half the price... Actually, in terms of feel and performance, I think that the best equivalent to the Inesis tour 900 might well be the Srixon Z-star xv, which, again, costs massively more.

Kirkland needs to be in this list. They would probably be at the top

Inesis Tour 900 is like 2021 2022 version of Tour Balata I guess with half of price vs Pro V1
