What I love most about this movie is that it does not stop to explain things to you. There's a lot of wonderful realizations and discoveries for many times watching it.

Such an underrated movie! Keanu and Rachel have great chemistry. Peter Stormare as Lucifer and Tilda Swinton as Gabriel is perfect casting. The visual FX are fantastic. Great camera work and just a really great story. It's aged so well!

There's still teeth marks on the scenery from Tilda And Peter Stormare(lucifer) chewing it so damn hard in this.
They completely steal the movie. Amazing cast. Underrated little gem.

In case you missed it, that's Michelle Monaghan at 30:45. Her character Ellie was supposed to be John's half-breed love interest but the whole arc was scrapped from the film.

Before Keanu Reeves was John Wick kicking ass in a suit, he was Constantine, kicking (demon's) ass in a suit.

Also, Peter Stormare gives one of the best performances of his life as lucifer here, which he's only in the movie for like 5 minutes and Tilda Swinton as a genderless angel is just so perfect as well!

Nevertheless, this is such a ridiculously underrated movie. I had no exposure to the character prior to the movie, so I absolutely LOVED it and this movie really doesn't get enough love, in my opinion.

oh, another thing it seems you didn’t know, this is a DC comic character, so it is full of paranormal fantasy. Actually in some comics and animated movies, Constantine team up with others superheroes, like Batman, Superman, Flash, etc…

Such a great movie. Keanu has said in many interviews this was one of his very favorite characters to play and one movie he wished they would make a sequel to.
