I really am enjoying this aesthetic. Most cosmic horrors have a malicious, destructive kind of design. The eldertubbies look closer to beings of unfathomable enlightenment; learning of things and going places we can't comprehend or follow.

I like that they doesn’t look like a twisted lovecraftian-horror monster that is evil, but more like a cosmic benevolent deities of the dark forest. Horrifying to look at, yet would guide you one way or another

Every now and again the elder tubbies come back up from whatever underworld blanket they've been hiding under in the internet and I fall in love all over again the same way I did the first time I saw them... absolutely astonishing. Especially when people play the video of going out to the galaxy baby thing lol I LOVE it

You know they kinda seem benevolent. Like wise entities here to guide not to enslave. Lala specially looks caring and kind there. The sun baby is basically their wise master and the others are elder entities trying to teach and guise. While Nono became this eldrich abomination. The elder Tubbies have come to stop him

I have a feeling that Tinky is the brute, Dipsy is the whatever the hell he is, Laa Laa is the nice one and Po is the all knowing one
