I've been with this company since 2021, before it launched. I built a team two tiers deep, but most finally left due to so many issues. I kept the app turned on, because I figured, why not!?! Fast forward to Sep 2022, I get an email that I needed to set up my payout acct. I did so that same month. All that did was start a trail of emails with someone at the very top, who promised me every month I was on the list to get paid. At one point he said "they are waiting for funding." What is that supposed to mean? The last email I got, Feb '23, told me, "You will be paid and I did put you on the list to expedite the process on Jan 30th. I expected you to be paid within a day or two of my putting you on the list." Well, it is now Apr '23, and my $270+ is still sitting in my account unpaid. Plus, I am out another $19.95 for the year. I am totally frustrated. I'm not the only one who hasn't been paid. Obviously, if they are making money on our data, they are lying that some of us will get paid. Not a good business model, for sure! I'm trying to find out how to file a BBB claim, at this point.
