Let’s review Muji clothes!

As a knitter, just want people to know that really soft wool items will probably pill quite a lot. I have looked at a lot of their clothing and find it to be very affordable considering the quality.

The Yak wool line is so good. Its not the softest, but it is so warm.

I love Muji! They use natural materials close to100% almost always at great prices. Only thing is their style seems a bit limited.

Tip...shampoo and conditioner or Pantene all in one and your not so soft sweater can feel like cashmere
Also Suave shampoo wash and dry flat ...I do my cashmere sweaters as well

Good to know! I go to muji p regularly cause i like some of their cleaning supplies and have been eyeing the clothes but havent take a stab yet...maybe i'll try some out next time im there

fun fact: the softer the fiber, the less durable it is! and if it's a cardigan and you wont wear it next to skin, it'll last longer! the thicker micron wool will actually hold the finer wool in and protect it.

The knit should soften over time with wear. Scottish cashmere is a great example of this. You have to put up with a break-in period. But the garment will last longer. The oh so so ft from the day you buy it can also be artificially created with treatment ts that will shorten life span. BTW, "Not soft" IMO is not the same as weight or bulk of fiber.

Can you please tell me what fabric is best for skirt? I love wearing skirt, I wear them everyday, but I only buy skirts that I need and I can match with all of my clothes, so I need to buy a high quality one that can last me basically forever

Does it soften after you wear it a while? Even their 100% cotton item feels scratchy

It's also important how the wool was made. Most wool is pulled in a very cruel way, and leaves the animals naked and suffering.
