Hello I am running into CRC errors on TE-100 gateway connected to an S50 working with a telco any suggestions on where I could start troubleshooting?

hello, first of all, thank you for this tutorial, its been a life saver to set my server up, i was tasked at work to get a voip server on a budget, as we work with low current stuff but not telephony usually.
i dont know if this is the place to ask but i have a few question, i only need to set the server up to call using the landline,
i have an old pc which i setup dahdi and asterisk on as per your explaination. everything is running good but i its not calling outbound numbers.
here is what i have in terms of hardware and software, the server is running on an old PC, i have a PCI card TDM410P as per the lspci. dahdi 2.11, libpri 1.6. and everything is up and running
is this enough to achieve the purpose of the system, which is outbound calling. or do i need i need gateways as per you setup.
i know you are not obligated to answer but if can assist in the matter that would be lovely and you'd be a life saver.

I tried with the old fax dial card, but it didn't work, and also with the USB fax dial, it didn't work
