I have the Envoy 13 (gen 4) and love it! Been carrying this bag daily for 4 years. You missed the elastic water bottle keepers in your overview which keep your mug or water bottle from popping out. Curious why you don't utilize the outer admin section of the bag more fully to give you more room inside the bag? Mine gets thrown around in the car, and has been on a long haul trip to Europe where it served as an ottoman on the plane and it still looks brand new. It has also survived a leaking fountain pen. Yes, had purple ink all over the front and in several pockets. All of which washed out and the bag looked pristine again. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I mine.
