How will Marvel Studios Deal with KANG

Avengers: Doomsday is an upcoming superhero film, based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name. The film will see the return of Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, The film is a sequel to The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thunderbolts* and The Fantastic Four: First Steps. It is the thirty-ninth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and third installment of Phase Six. The film is set to be released on May 1, 2026.

A sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars is an upcoming superhero film, based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name. The film is a sequel to The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Doomsday. It is the fortieth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the fourth and final installment of Phase Six and The Multiverse Saga. The film is set to be released on May 7, 2027.

You can still hold Kang off for later. It doesn't have to be necessary a multiverse situation to use him. You still gonna need credible villians for later Avenger's movie's.

I think by the late 2030s/early 2040s, when Marvel is in saga 4, they’ll pick the Kang storyline back up. By then, people are going to be nostalgic for sagas 1 and 2 and Marvel will be doing with them what they’re currently doing with the 2000s films. People will eventually want to see the Kang storyline get wrapped up properly and the character be given justice, instead of thrown away to a metaphorical void in a single line or scene.

They'll probably use Kang in the Molecule Man role of Secret Wars 2015 and mix in Loki in a Beyonders role.

Doom will kill off the council of Kangs so start the incursions and then he'll seize the throne from Loki to remake the multiverse in his image. The story kind of writes itself if you follow the MCU and read thr Secret Wars books.

I'm just kinda worried that their rushing Dr Doom, unless what I think, there are multiple Dooms in Doomsday and RDJ's Doom is just a one and done, and there will be a main Doom in the MCU after it.

My guess is that they will kill him offscreen in Doomsday like they killed off Black Panther in Wakanda forever. Doom will just casually mention wiping out the council of Kangs and that will be the last we hear of Kang.

They should have made RDJ a Kang variant. I think casting one actor as Kang was a mistake.

Kang has been a huge centerpoint of the MCU, it would literally make no sense not to see him again. They honestly just need to rehire or recast, maybe introduce the recasted Kang at an event and throw him into a few upcoming projects. Maybe find a way to combine Dr. Doom and Kang together as the two “Big Villains” of the Multiverse saga…

honestly sidelining kang from the main villain role is a mistake. Kang is one of the biggest villains marvel has and replacing him with a whitewashed version of Dr Doom rubs me the wrong way and I say that as long time fan of Dr Doom who I consider the best villain in fiction

The Kang Storyline will end in Doomsday The main Kangs we need to see are Immortus, Rama Tut, Scarlett Centurion, Mr.Gryphin, iron Lad and Victor Timely. The whole council can be killed off screen or something but these main ones need to be killed on screen except Victor and Iron lad

Here’s a bright idea, u actually put him in the script or at least the council of Kangs in there and actually have it be done in the opening
I think them making one guy as Kang was a terrible mistake but I think it was a poor disservice to not even consider a recast

Dr. Doom uses Ultron to (temporarily)kill Kang in issue 4 of the original Secret Wars series. Maybe Doomsday or the Secret Wars movie will recreate that scene.

Let me pitch this as Dooms introduction. Open on loki on his throne a portal opens and Doom walks out and throws something related to kang on the ground. A battle happens between Loki and Doom with Doom killing Loki and Doomsday is them trying to prevent secret wars but failing

They could just give or involve Kang and give him a nice sent off, and not disrespect the character

I liked Jonathan Majors as Kang and he should have been fired.
