Did you use the traxxas power up program? also what gearing do you use for fast acceleration but lower top speed?

Jow if you want to remove the pinion use a set of pliers and squeeze is in the middle of the motor and pinion but don't let it touch the shaft and just pry the pinion out but when you're prying the pinion put a towel so you don't damage the motor
