What happens if You Remove every Kart from Mario Kart?

I love playing Mario Kart 8 but every time I play it with others it always ends up about the choice of Karts/ players so I just removed them. Maybe it will be different when Mario Kart 9 releases on the switch 2 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The 3D platformer racing game hybrid is a genre that needs to be explored more. “On-foot racer” I’d call it. I can only think of Sonic R, Rayman battle and Deathsprint 66
