how many games played did it take lebron to break the record? how many games played did it take kareem to break the record?

this record might actually be impressive if given the proper context. but if you play long enough, you're gonna set a record or two.

Nick, I'm not sure how you got your job. If lebron is the greatest scorer of all time, why hasn't he scored 3000 points in a season? You know why only 2 players in NBA history have done it. Wilt n Jordan did it. If he is playing for as long as he has been with rarely ever playing a full season. I think he has done what once, maybe twice. And oh yea only 4 players hit 2500 points in a season. Another list he ain't on. James Harden, Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, and Kobe Bryant are the only 4 players to do it in the modern era to even come close.
