Helene helped speed this up for me. Already going through a mid-life the flooding lost job/car/housing. It turned into a mixed bag. I got a nicer car, trimmed down belongings well...almost all of my "stuff" through water damage. I appreciate life more seeing so many demolished communities/loss of life. Then on the flip side seeing the recovery effort from outsiders (all non-gov) have been beyond inspirational. Im now by myself and starting over. That mirrors the inside journey for me. Extremely heavy but yet I got acceleration nonetheless.

Wow. Seems for me this whole process started a month ago but it's been quite gentle and smooth - unmistakable to be sure, I'm a VERY different person now compared to how/who I was in September/October. There was a lot of fear at first but I worked on that and now it's pretty much gone, replaced by a light joyousness and yes, excitement. Feel a bit like I'm in free fall but it's cool! Lots of releasing beginning of this month. Releasing layers of grief from my heart and from my womb space. Also dealing with fear and depression/ scarcity. Hopeful all this releasing leads to a massive upgrade. I feel tender ❤
