My understanding is that the 'can't take away Estonian citizenship' loophole only applies to citizens born in Estonia. It does not apply to children of Estonian Citizens born abroad. It is my understanding that these 'children of Estonia's born abroad' must choose at 18 between 'sole Estonian citizenship' vs 'no Estonian citizenship' (dual can only be held until 18). I'll research further, because if I am wrong and what you say is true, it will help us out a lot.
