Yeah its a repost. The black lines are for fire fighters to cut to see where the floor seat, and top of the seat is located, it also protects the side

the top of the seat isn't even with the bottom of the windows though, the seats are taller than the bottom of the windows

All over the country eh? Go to NY, or NC, virtually all buses you'll find at those places have Yellow Lines
