Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Bloodsucking Elvis Location [Unique Named Monster]

Defeating Bloodsucking Elvis, located along the route to Colony 5 in Loska's Cavern on the Urayan Trail in the Pentelas Region. If you can't get back here then you'll likely need to progress Eunie's Side Story Hero Quest (begins with the Fourtune Clover camp scene). The tunnel is mostly a straight shot but I went ahead and showed the entire (albeit sped up) path there. The fight itself wasn't too bad, but I was a few levels over.

A source for Vang pieces (Vang Membrane, Supersonic Vang Organ, etc). Also gives the Champion Ring, Comet Choker, and Warped White Brooch as accessory drops.
