I remember when I saw this intro for the very first time on PS2. My mind was blown away. Brings me good memories. Thanks Square.

I just wish this could have been added to the game as a patch or something. This opening loop in many ways represents FFXII to me, one of my favorite games of all time with one of the most memorable and "alive" game worlds I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. This stirs up so many emotions and memories it's crazy, it has a very cinematic feel to it (as does the game as a whole). I showed this loop demo to someone with 0 interest in video games or Final Fantasy and it drew them in akin to how a movie trailer would. The way it all gets quiet after the scene with the Pharos and then you hear those familiar notes from the classic FF theme with the hatch opening and the Strahl taking off, WHEW! It's so damn
