His passive is the best overall and his tactical is the best disruptor and gives the most information of all scans compared to other scans. His ultimate is useful for pushes or for third parties. Seer is honestly A-tier maybe borderline S-tier in Ranked play

You can get a quick scan with your passive when youre mid slide jumping. Dont lose momentum that way and you can always see what’s coming up as you move forward.

Seers passive is going to get nerfed as he becomes a higher pick rate. The nerf is going to be reduced accuracy on his passive. Basically you'll end up knowing generally where the heart beat is, but not enough to be able to tell which corner someone is camping in a building.
