Hoping this album isn't too electronic and commercial. I dig the raspy grass root sound of old. I wasn't a fan of Chinese Fountain at first, but the album grew on me immensely after a while and is one of my favorites. Still can't beat Gilded Pleasures though.

I personally feel they've lost their way, particularly the last couple of albums, apart from the odd song and this sounds like casablanca's had his way with the production and sound which isn't a good thing for me. loved their early sound which seemed very rootsy and real but they seem to be pleasing the masses these days and trying for futuristic sounds. I'm sure there'll be a song or two that's ok on the album but i think I'll be sticking to are you in or out? when in a growlers mood . love to be proved wrong though.
