I learned from my first job THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS KING...Without customers then no job.. It may be antiquated but I follow it to this day and it's made my work life wonderful!

My friend is a pastry student drop out but she had a side gig making pastries for parties and events…she once told me that she made a beautiful cake for a 3year old’s birthday party…and the birthday girl’s mom gave my friend only $100 telling her that since she didn’t finish culinary school then she wasnt worth paying $300 to for the cake that my friend spent 2 full days making
